Our association

Who we are

A national network for scientific, technical and civic culture.

The Moroccan Association of Petits Débrouillards (AMPD) is a national network for scientific, technical and civic culture that has worked for more than twenty-five years to make science accessible to everyone.

Inspired by the international Petits Débrouillards movement, AMPD develops educational projects based on experimentation, inquiry and learning by doing. Its pedagogy encourages young people to observe, handle, question and understand the world around them — building critical thinking, creativity and the capacity to act.

Present in several regions of the Kingdom, AMPD runs science clubs, organises exhibitions and science-culture events, produces pedagogical resources and supports the training of teachers and facilitators.

The association is part of an international network of partners committed to spreading scientific culture and popular education. Through national and international cooperation, it contributes to sharing good practices, pedagogical innovation and projects for education, citizenship and sustainable development.
